Returns & Refunds
Coco & Gizmo Ltd return policy is as follows:
If a product is faulty then customers can return the product(s) within 28 days of delivery for a full refund providing that the customer does so, within this time period and notifies us of the reason for return. We'll also pay the return postage costs if the return is the fault of our own for example, if you have received an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please Note: We cannot accept returns on products that have been used and opened. If a product is returned and looks like it had been used then we cannot issue a refund. Customers are responsible for return postage if they wish to send back an item that is unused/opened for an exchange or refund and the fault is not of our own.
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the product(s) back in our possession. This process can take up to 10 working days from the day of postage. You will be notified of the refund and it will be issued back onto the original payment method.
Please make sure you contact us via our contact page and let us know as soon as possible if there is an issue with your product(s). Please include your order number for our reference. We will aim to respond to you within 48 hours and let you know the return process.
Skincare and Make-up cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations. Please be careful to select products carefully according to the appropriate shade as we cannot swap a product for another shade once it has been opened.
