Velvet HD Finishing Powder feels like velvet on your skin and is a true multi-tasker. It lends a soft focus effect to your skin, blurs the look of fine lines and wrinkles and brightens your complexion. It also acts as a mattifier, absorbing excess oils and controlling shine. No shine or glitter here, just a very subtle glow.
This powder can be used with both loose powder and liquid foundation.
This product comes in a 30ml sifter jar containing approximately 4.5g of product.
