Loelle Organic Rose Water is a completely natural toner made by distilling organic rose petals from Kalaat M’Gouna, the “City of Roses”, in Morocco. The rose water has a fresh scent of roses and hydrates, balances, cools and soothes irritated or sun-damaged skin.
 
Preferably used after cleansing and before applying serum or oil, as the toner neutralizes the skin's PH level. Loelle Rose Water is suitable for all skin types and can be used to spray over make-up or at any time during the day when you want to add extra moisture.
 
Loelle Rose Water is also suitable to spray on the scalp to add moisture or at hair ends to control frizzy hair and highlight curls.
